Question angelo, I had an interesting smog check today. 68 chev pu 6 cyl propane. when I pre tested it the tailpipe looked good but during the test, the darn thing came up high emissions (tho not gross polluter). it failed. why does the pre test not shoe me the real propane readings? Have you ever had this problem before? Gased out in Palmdale,Hooz

Reply They probably are the real readings. Could the pre-test have been performed incorrectly? Perhaps the official test was not mimicked exactly (high speed then low speed test). Angelo Silverado Auto Service
