Question i have a 90 g10 chevy van with a z code 4.3 litre it runs fine until it reaches opperating temp and drive is selected then it jurks and dies out i keep getting a low\high map vacum code along with a lean exaust code. have replaced the O2 sensor and the ecm and it still goes from open to closed loop (back and forth) but the scan tool reads a constant lean have done all flow chart test for map and O2 sensors and all checked out ok but problem isn't as bad if a/c is disengaged ( it doesn't die) i can clear all codes and they will stay clear until you put it in gear then it goes to shaking and the light comes on and it will die out. have no more ideas open for suggestions -please help richard

Reply I would suggest you perform a computer scan on the vehicle and other diagnostic tests which would check for low fuel pressure, a restricted fuel filter, vacuum leaks, and/or other fuel-related problems. Angelo Silverado Auto Service
