Question Our 1993 Mercury Sable LS Wagon occasionally runs rough and "bucks". It happens intermitently but appears to be getting more frequent. Sometimes when this happes the check engine light comes on and sometimes it doestn't. I have tried several different brands of gasoline but it doesn't seem to matter which one I use. I was thinking it might be the mass air flow sensor but am not sure. It happens so intermitent that it is difficult to test. Any ideas? Thank you, Fred.

Reply This may be caused by a defective TPS or plug wire. Also, perhaps you have a defective EGR PFE sensor. Angelo Silverado Auto Service
