QuestionRe: My 1989 Jeep Cherokee, 4.0 liter, 89,000 miles. Recently the Emissions Maintenance warning light came on, indicating that the oxygen sensor should be checked and replaced. The sensor was replaced about 30,000 miles ago as part of a recall by Jeep. How do I turn off the indicator light? I'd rather not remove the bulb. Thanks very much for this service and the advice. Gratefully, Gary |
ReplyThe timer cannot be reset. It must be replaced or disconnected after reaching the mileage interval.Angelo Silverado Auto Service |
