Question I have a 91 S10 4x4 pick-up with a 4.3 L engine and auto transmission. Lately, the 4wd indicator light stays on even though the lever is in 2wd. It also doesn't have the same power as before this was staying on. Some help would be greatly appreciated.

Reply Try pushing the 4x4 lever and holding it all the way in 2nd while rolling forward. If the light stays on check for sticking front differential cable or servo. The servo is under the battery tray. Angelo Silverado Auto Service
