Question I have a 1991 Honda Accord when I turn the ignition the car sounds like it wants to start, but won't turn over. I have enough gas in it, the battery is fine. Help!!

Reply If the engine will not turn over, first check for loose wires and corroded battery terminals. Next check to see if you get 12 volts down to the starter solenoid wire when the key is turned to the start position. If you do, you have a bad starter. If not, you could have a wiring problem or a bad ignition switch. Angelo Silverado Auto Service
